1. Do you have an online price list?
No, we believe each project is unique and deserves an individual quote. Please contact us at info@kingslandprinting.com to discuss your project. Please include as much information as possible, such as: the quantity of items you need, if you have them already or if you want us to order them, turnaround time, number of colors to be printed, and a mockup of the image. We will get back to you right away!

2. What is your normal turnaround time?
Once we have everything to start your project, turnaround time is at least 10 business days. If we are super busy, or if you have a large order, it may take additional time. We can also do rush jobs for an additional fee.

3. Can you help me with graphic design?
Yes, we can help you as much or as little as you wish. We can tweak your design a bit for printing, or make an original design for you. We employ many talented graphic designers and artists that have helped create a lot of the work on our site. Design work is charged at an hourly rate.

4. What brands of t-shirts do you stock?
We don't actually keep shirts in stock, but we can place a wholesale order for almost any style or brand of t-shirts. Brands we regularly use are: American Apparel, Alternative Apparel, Gildan, Hanes and Anvil. Let us know if you have a special request and we will do what we can to make it happen!

5. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and check. If you want to use a credit card we can send you an invoice through paypal, which is subject to a 3% fee.

6. I plan on reselling the merchandise I order from you. Can I be tax exempt?
Sure, all you have to do is fill out a resale certificate and submit it to us before payment is due. We will keep it on file for future use. Download the form here.

7. What types of ink do you use?
We use eco-friendly water based inks when we can, but we also use plastisol, discharge, and burnout ink.

8. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit up front and the other 50% when you receive your items.

9. Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver to Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens.
