All quotes will be provided in writing and will be honored for three months.
We can work with most Photoshop files as long as they are high resolution (at least 300 dpi). Send what you have and we will try to make it work or we will work with you on getting the appropriate file.
For Illustrator files, please make sure all type is converted to outlines.
We will assume all artwork is to scale, unless otherwise noted.
If you need help, our graphic designers can work with you to create a logo or artwork. Just let us know what you need!
We require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to place your order and final payment is due before items leave the studio. You are welcome to pickup at our studio or we can messenger to you locally (within the five boroughs) or ship worldwide.
Our normal turnaround time is two weeks, but we are usually able to accommodate rush jobs and work with you to meet your deadline. Rush fees are determined based on time and availability.
NYS sales tax will be added to your order, if you have a resale number you can fill out this form to avoid paying sales tax.
We accept cash, checks, credit cards (MasterCard/Visa/Amex), PayPal, Chase QuickPay, and Venmo.

Unless specifically requested, we reserve the right to use photos of the work we do for you for promotional purposes and promotional purposes only — i.e. Instagram, Facebook, etc.
